Terms and Conditions for Online Auctions

Buyer’s Premium:
  • A 14% buyer’s premium is in effect for this auction. If buyer pays with cash, wire transfer, cashier’s check, or company check (accepted up to $5,000), then we waive 4% of the buyer’s premium, which makes it 10%

Payment Dates:
  • All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 calendar days from the auction date. After this 7 day period there will begin a $2 per day per item storage fee and after 2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) there will be no refunds on any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item.

  • Wire Transfer (contact us for information)
  • Company Check (company checks accepted to maximum of $5,000 – amounts exceeding this must be paid by cashier’s check, certified check or bank verified funds).
  • No personal check will be accepted.
Removal Times: Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and packaging of items purchased.

Sales Tax: All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers must pay sales tax on all items including titled items), unless stated differently in the auction terms. All items sold “AS IS WHERE IS” with all faults.

Marketing and Communications

If you are a new customer we will give you the choice (for example once you have placed an order) whether or not you want us to contact you about future offers, events and new products or related activities that you may find useful.
